Sunday Service – 9:45-10:45

Bible Study with friends around a table reading the Bible together and sharing our insights. We share and pass around the leadership of this study time. Anyone and everyone are welcome to participate, members and non-members. We often find we have different personal understandings of the scriptures and while we use several different Bible versions and look at different commentaries, and each leave with a personal message from our time together in sharing the Word.

Sunday Service – 11:00 to 12:00

We have a church Service that starts with Prelude music, then Welcome to all that includes announcements and upcoming events. We follow a traditional style of service format with songs, prayer, and scripture readings, then a message or sermon. After the message, an invitational and we close with a well-known song, “God Be With You Till We Meet Again”.

We have “Communion” once a month, and special occasions, we believe “the table is set, and all are welcome to be fed”.

In our services we often have special music from volunteers and guests, medleys, old time gospel, contemporary, etc. our dress code is “come as you are”, we want everyone to be comfortable. Some are in their Sunday best, others come in clean shorts and flip flops. We remove our hats during service, during prayer, and before the Altar. In other words, we are casual and respectful.

We do not “pass the plate”, we have an offering box by the door, giving is an important part of Christian life but we do not judge, nor do we have set guidelines.

We are always prepared for children! We have a fellowship Hall separate from the Sanctuary, we have a “Counseling Room” in the rear of the church for special needs or privacy of the mothers with babies. We have coloring books and other activities prepared for children and a bunch of folks who love children who are ready to spend time with them

We have potlucks and picnics intermittently, all we need is an excuse to have a festive get together, so always feel welcome to join us.
